Yoga is ideal for those who wish to improve their health and prevent ill health. It is also for those who are stressed out and need some recuperation, and for those who are bursting with energy and need to unwind.

At Villa Insikt there are opportunities for yoga and mindfulness both in our small, intimate yoga studio and outdoors, depending on the season and weather.
