Bryggargatan Cocktailbar serves classic cocktails as well as our own exciting drinks, and we do not compromise on quality.

Each drink is mixed from quality raw materials, the ice is hand-hewn and the glasses are both beautiful to look at and good to drink from. We also serve a good and pleasant bar menu with everything from snacks and charcuterie to raw steak and, in addition to cocktails, have a wide range of both non-alcoholic drinks, wine, beer and spirits.

We serve the same menu both in the restaurant and in the bar.

PRIVATE TRIALS WITH SARAH

Sarah also accepts groups about minimum six people. Come with requests for date and type of testing and we will try to find a solution. Suggestions for tests can be found here below.

BUBBLE TESTING
An easygoing and pleasant, but also very instructive basic course for those who like bubbles but may not have a solid grasp of all the details. We test and compare some of the most common varieties and you get some useful tips so you know how to choose from the range in the wine shop.

CHAMPAGNE TASTING
We do a deep dive into champagne as an area and drink and taste several fantastic wines.

RED WINE
This tasting is for those who want to learn more about red wine. We go through some of the most common grapes and regions and taste and compare light wine, tannic wine, fruity wine, full bodied wine, spicy wine, etc. You will also receive concrete tips regarding how to think when choosing the "right" wine for different types of dishes.

WHITE WINE
We love white wine. There is so much exciting and delicious! Fresh and fruity, full and flavorful, grapey and floral. But what do these categories mean? actually? And how do you best match white wine with food? Can you drink white wine with meat?

ROSE WINE
Rosé is more than just a summer drink. We test different variants and talk about how best to match these to different forms of snacks.

We try six different dishes and six different wines. You get a lot of educational tips that you will find very useful when planning your dinners in the future.

BASIC COURSE RED AND WHITE
This course is for you who like wine but don't know much and feel that it would be fun to learn a little more about the drink in general and get some simple but useful tips that simplify the choices in the wine shop.

FRENCH RED WINES
Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone Valley, Loire.. France makes AMAZING red wines. We guide you through the different areas and taste and compare a lot of good wines.

ITALIAN RED WINES
Who doesn't love Italian red wines? And they become even better when you know a little more about them. Italy is a wine country with great variations. We taste and compare wines from both the north and the south. Exciting and delicious!
