Frida Selander is back with a new show and a new album, in which she examines the relationship between herself and the world around her. Being human is complicated and many of us have gone through hard times and realized that the only person you can actually change is yourself. It starts in you.

With her warm tones and her distinctivevoice, Frida welcomes us with both her songs and stories. The music runs throughout the performance, which mixes storytelling tradition, pop music and dance. In Swedish.
