Petter Askergren - That's how I became an artist

During his lecture, Petter talks personally and engagingly about his concentration, reading and writing difficulties and how he got through the school years through sheer will and persistence. Through hip-hop, he built up his self-confidence and also found his own way of expressing himself. In this lecture, Petter uses examples from his own life when he talks about the importance of going your own way and having the will to overcome your setbacks.
For several years, Petter has traveled around the country lecturing at various schools and companies, and in 2017 Petter won the Speaker of the Year award. In his popular lectures, Petter draws on stories from his own life to inspire the audience. In 2014, Petter was also awarded the Comprehension Prize for his book "16 lines" which helped young people with reading and writing difficulties.
