We want to create opportunities for people to see films about important issues. This year's theme is democracy and human rights. Director visit by Milad Alami (The Adversary) and Elin Berge (Sagor ends like that). The arrangement is supported by Film i Västerbotten and Skellefteå municipality, the cultural board.
