Lunchtime guiding tour

Skellefteå art gallery offers a guided tour in the exhibition "The adventurous heart" by Fredrik Söderberg. A tour takes about 30 minutes, is free of charge and requires no prior knowledge of the subject.

Over the years, Fredrik Söderberg has made a name for himself for his large-scale and intimate paintings in exquisite colors. His figurative and symmetrical compositions lead the viewer into a world rich in detail, filled with symbolism and references from historical events, fairy tales, myth and folklore.

Söderberg's solo exhibition for Skellefteå Konsthall "The adventurous heart" shows both older and completely new image suites, where the central thing is a kind of mapping of our history in the gray areas and a search for a deeper insight into human behavior.
