Take the opportunity to learn the old fine craft of baking in a Swedish "bagarstuga" together with others.
The course is on four occasions in the baker's cabin. We alternate information about different tools, types of flour, seasoning, the history of baking, etc. with practical baking. If you want, we end the course by baking pizza and eating together.
You will learn to bake soft cakes, crisp flatbread, and possibly barley flatbread.
Course location is Bagarstugan in Medle.
Costs for ingredients are added and paid directly to the leader.
A compendium is distributed during the first meeting.
