The story of love

Nordanåteatern, Skellefteå

About the people who fell in love with life as a stake.

10,000 years of love story.
When opera singer Rickard Söderberg reads between the lines of his old diaries, he finds a person struggling to find out who he really is.

When he digs deeper into history, it turns out that he is not the first to ask questions about the nature of love - the longing for love seems to be unchanged since man became human.

This is the start of a journey through the history of love from the Stone Age to today.

From cave paintings in Zimbabwe of loving men to same-sex passions in Swedish farming society.

From the religions' attempts to erase the homosexual histories to unsung heroes who acted in silence.

From history's most flamboyant celebrities to his own Instagram everyday with Friday tacos together with his husband Anders.

Come onjoin the story of forbidden love!
