Come and try Dance for Parkinson & Friends, for those with Parkinson's syndrom, and other neurological diseases or for those who just like to move to music. The dance lesson is adapted based on your particular circumstances.

- Do you want to join?
All movements are adapted to those who have Parkinson's disease or other neurological diseases, but are also suitable for those who want a quiet dance session. Our dance teacher Valeria Möller is trained in Dance for Parkinson's via Dance for PD and will guide you through the dance class.
The focus is on well-being, community, and experience where everyone dances based on their own conditions.
- How is it going?
We start with a seated warm-up. Then we do exercises standing next to the chair and dance in choreography, moving across the floor and improvising.
As a conclusion, we unwind in body and soul.
- How do I start?
Register your interest via our website, email or by phone.
If you register via the website's registration form, specify dance for Parkinson's in the comment. Otherwise, it's fine to just come and try it out. You enter via the Cultural School's entrance and down a flight of stairs to the right you will find the dance hall. An elevator is also available, then call us on 070 699 50 03 and we will meet you there.
