The book is a description of everything from the background to the decision to invest so much in a new cultural center to the almost improbable impact the building has had around the world. The architects behind the cultural center talk about how they did about creating what has been called the world's most advanced wooden building. The richly illustrated book depicts some of the great moments during the first years with Sara kulturhus.
Anders Steinvall grew up in Skellefteå and during his long professional life as a journalist, he has, among other things, been a foreign correspondent for Dagens Nyheter and editor-in-chief for Norran. He has previously written the book "Batterifabriken", which describes how it happened when Northvolt chose to locate its large battery factory in Skellefteå.
