Butter-fried fillet of char with celeriac remoulad, boiled potatoes and sugar snaps
Lunch Wednesday September 18th and Friday September 20th
Barley-otto with vegetables, Västerbotten cheese and salsiccia
Lunch is served at 12AM
We finish the week on Friday September 20th with a delightful 3-course dinner where we serve:
Rabbit-liver paté with currant sauce and sour dough bread
A variation of young beef (Jersey/Angus), cabbage and root vegetables
Sour dough pancakes with honey ice cream, fried apples from our trees and currant caviar
Dinner is served at 6 PM, the reservation is for 2,5 hours.
Price for lunch: 179 SEK
Price for 3-course dinner: 795 SEK
