The History of Skellefteå – A Story in Three Parts

Skellefteå is a young city, but the place has a long and fascinating history.

This fall, in three separate sessions, Skellefteå Museum’s archivist Jörgen Andersson will talk about the development, events, and individuals who have shaped the Skellefteå and northern Västerbotten we know today. From prehistoric times to the most recent pandemic. A perfect opportunity for anyone who wants to learn more about the history of the area.

Part 3: From the 20th Century to the Present (November 24)
