Glitter Shadows from the Winter Forest - Workshop

Together with artist Sara Forsström and educator Cathrine, we explore shapes from the forest, light, and shadow play. We look at Leif Engström's exhibition and work "The Waves" and allow ourselves to be inspired.

Artist Sara Forsström works as a painter, sculptor, and installation artist in Västerbotten. She draws inspiration from heaths, sand, moss, and lichen. Marshes and wetlands. Ditches, cuttings, and thickets. Mountains, rivers, streams, and the sea. The land transforms into another kind of landscape where what is small and close becomes something vast. A surface of structure, highlights, and glitter.
