The married couple Brick and Maggie are at the big family farm to celebrate Brick's father's 65th birthday with the whole family. Slowly but surely, the seemingly beautiful facade crumbles as underlying conflicts and secrets intrude. At the same time as a storm moves in over the farm, the lies of life are brought to light and they are forced to face the truth about each other.
The play provides a poignant insight into the rise and fall of man and explores themes such as desire, identity and legacy. With sharp dialogues, the audience is thrown into a world of passion, pain and despair.
