Autumn Break at Explo 🎃👻

An autumn break with a Halloween theme is not unusual. However, what is unusual are our opening hours!

Throughout the autumn break, we are open every day from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM! This simply means MORE! More shows, more star viewings, and more time for educational experiences. 🔥🚀

Here’s what to expect during the break:

👻 THE HAUNTED ROOM

When: All day, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Where: Ovum South & North, floor 3

Something strange has happened at the Exploratorium. A room has become haunted, and once you go in, getting out isn’t so easy...

The Haunted Room is a maze full of puzzles where you must search for clues to find your way out. To succeed, you need to solve various challenges in science and technology. Collaborate, experiment, and don’t be afraid to guess wrong!

Do you dare to go in? And above all, will you manage to get out?

✨ STAR VIEWING: THE AUTUMN STAR SKY

When: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM
Where: Planetarium, floor 4

As the evenings get darker, it's the perfect time to look up!

Sit back in the planetarium and embark on a journey through the autumn constellations. We will show you what you can see in the sky right now, tell the stories behind the constellations, and give tips on how to find them next time you’re outside under the starry sky.

🔥 FIRE: A SHOW WITH A LOT OF FIRE!

When: 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM
Where: The Grandstand (Blue Staircase), floor 3

It’s going to get hot!

In our FIRE show, we explore one of the most fascinating phenomena there is: fire! What does it take for something to catch fire? Why do flames have different colors? And how do you actually put out a fire?

Expect big flames, unexpected effects, and a lot of "WOW!" And lots of fire, of course! 🔥
