Whether you are on a temporary or long-term visit, paying a visit to your hometown, or living in Skellefteå, you are welcome to visit us at the Skellefteå Tourist Center. There you can buy tickets for events, local products, and souvenirs, and find brochures and inspiration for your stay.

 

We're located in the heart of the city, at the southwest corner of Guldtorget (Nygatan 42G).

Souvenirs & giftshop

We care about our local designers and producers and have therefore brought in a large range of crafts from various designers and creators in the region. Our products are great as a gift, Christmas present, or souvenirs from Skellefteå and the northern part of Sweden.

You can buy tickets for events, book activities and experiences, and purchase fishing permits – directly over the counter with personal service. You can pay by card or with the Skellefteå Gift Card.

Infopoints

There are several InfoPoint locations in Skellefteå, in addition to our Tourist Center. An InfoPoint is a service counter where the staff on site can give tips on visiting places of interest in the Skellefteå region.

A sustainable store

Skellefteå Tourist Center wants to contribute to building a more sustainable community and for both local products and local places to visit. Skellefteå Tourist Center has undergone a sustainability review in accordance with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council's criteria for sustainable tourism and entered into an agreement with the Västerbotten Tourism Region to develop its sustainability work based on these.
