Book pizza - Alone in space

Book and film discussions about science fiction, loneliness, and the unknown.

Using Project Hail Mary and Alien as examples, we talk about what it’s like to be far from Earth and about encounters with the unknown in space. Sometimes what you encounter is friendly, sometimes it's not.

We also cover science fiction in general, how technology, science, and the future are portrayed. There will also be recommendations for more books and films within the genre.

You don't need to have read any specific book to participate, but you should be interested in the subject.

There is no cost to join, and we provide pizza!

Ages from 16 years and up

Pre-booking is required.
