Ernst Westerlund Day

Welcome to Ernst Westerlund Day, featuring talks on shipwrecks, maritime disasters and church history in Skellefteå. (Please note that all lectures will be held in Swedish)

During the day, Tommy Lundmark will talk about maritime archaeology and known shipwrecks along the Skellefteå coast. Stig Sandström will speak about maritime disasters in the Skellefteå coastal area, while vicar Arne Andersson will talk about a hundred years of church history in Skellefteå.

Skellefteå lands kyrkokör will perform under the direction of Mikael Jacobsson.

Ernst Westerlund Day is organised in collaboration with Västerbottens norra fornminnesförening.
