From burnout to truly sustainable - with Sustainable Sara

Sara Ohlson, known as Sustainable Sara, is one of Sweden's most appreciated voices in sustainability and reuse. On her Instagram @sara.ohlsons, she inspires a more sustainable life, focusing on vintage, secondhand, and the joy of living more consciously.

During the lecture, Sara shares her experiences:
"I want to talk about how our society makes us believe that we always need to perform more, consume more, optimize ourselves, and do what’s 'right' – and how this easily spills over into the sustainability area as well. Suddenly, climate engagement, exercise, health, career, and consumption can become yet another arena where we feel we are not enough."

What happens if we instead begin to ask ourselves:
💚 What does a sustainable life mean for me?
💚 What do I need to feel good and maintain well-being over time?
💚 And how can such a life contribute to a more sustainable society?

The lecture is free of charge, and we will provide snacks - PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and can be done through this link: https://www.sensus.se/kurser-och-evenemang/existentiell-hallbarhetsvecka-fran-utbrand-till-hallbar-pa-riktigt-forelasning-med-hallbara-sara-1676118/anmalan/

Existential Sustainability Week
This event is part of Sensus' Existential Sustainability Week. Existential sustainability relates to people's relationship with themselves, each other, and the nature we are all a part of. Throughout the week, we will explore what the transition to an existentially sustainable society might look like through lectures, workshops, and cultural events.
