Upon arrival, you will receive a glass of bubbles and some different appetizers to share at the table. For the main course you will be served fried sea bass with the seasons vegetables, fried almond potatoes, this year's smoked lumpfish roe, bouillabaisse sauce topped with mussels and shrimp.
