In this workshop, we focus on imagination, personal expression, and playing together through breakdancing.
Breaking is a dance with many different characters and styles. We start with the basics and explore how we can use them to find our own expression. Through play, creativity, and interaction, we test new ideas, dare to take space, and discover different ways to move.
The goal is to have fun, inspire each other, and find new possibilities in our dance!
Target group: Open to those with prior experience in breaking or a background in dance.
The workshop is free of charge. No registration is required, but if you plan to participate, make sure to arrive on time as you need to be there from the start.
Bring indoor shoes that you dance in and a water bottle.

About B-girl AK
B-girl AK (AnnaKarin Åberg) has been breaking since 2008 and has competed internationally, held workshops, and works as a freelance dancer. Today she is studying for a master's degree at Stockholm University of the Arts and teaches in Stockholm. She loves breaking for its community, creativity, and the opportunity to express her own personality through dance.
