The products we sell are produced in a traditional and sustainable way. By refining and choosing seasonal ingredients, we reduce food waste. When you shop with us, you buy directly from the farm or producer, avoiding costly middlemen and unnecessary transportation. The meat is locally slaughtered and processed, with the farmer accompanying the animals to the abattoir. The berries are picked nearby, and the traditional flatbread is baked in a wood-fired oven. Food with added value from local farms, free from unnecessary additives.

Our selection is broad, featuring products suited for refrigeration, freezing, pantry shelves, and storage. We offer cuts of pork, beef, lamb, and yak. You'll find artisanal sausages, smoked products, and traditional liver pâté. Plant-based foods and drinks are also available, such as apple juice, potatoes, seasonal vegetables, marmalade, juice, jams, syrup, and dried mushrooms. We offer flavorful wood-fired bread, honey, spices, and handmade chocolate. Since our food production is local and small-scale, not all products are available year-round.
