We offer a sustainable dining experience

We buy a lot of cheese from Svedjan Ost. We shop from Svensk Cater's Skellefteå office. We use locally picked berries according to season and local meat varying in different menus. We use sustainability-labeled raw materials / products. All our seafood are certified with MSC, ASC and / or KRAV marking. We’re replacing our disposable items with more sustainable alternatives and we’re working to reduce food waste. We can offer you both vegan and vegetarian options.
