Alhems Trädgård will close indefinitely.
However, to a limited extent, we will continue with our courses, pizza nights and making gelato.
The last day we are open is Sunday December 1st 2024.
Due to high pressure (fully booked every single day all last summer) it is best to book pizza in advance.
Our ambition has always been to create a place where people enjoy. We have the environment and sell Italian gelato ice cream and Neapolitan pizza.
NEAPOLITAN PIZZA
The pizza oven is made in Italy. The biggest difference compared to most other pizzas is, besides the selected ingredients, the yeast. The Neapolitan pizza dough should ferment for about a day, which is longer than regular pizza dough.
We have been certified as the fourth restaurant in Sweden and the northernmost in the world as an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria.
EUROPE'S NORTH LARGEST GELATERIA
Gelato is Italian for ice cream. And in many ways, Italian ice cream is something completely different from conventional ice cream.
