At Medlefors, you’ll find a traditional Christmas buffet filled with locally produced ingredients – both on the plate and in the glass. Enjoy our homemade dishes such as pickled herring, Christmas ham, sausages, Jansson’s temptation, hand-rolled meatballs, beetroot salad, and all the other seasonal favorites. Maybe try our own locally brewed beer to go with it?
