At Avafjärden lies our canoes, the bay extends all the way to Lövånger about 10 km paddling. Here you can relax and look for the fish candles that often hunt their food in the water of the bay, or the beaver, or the otter, or a variety of other birds and animals that, like you, only want to be there for a while. A suitable resting place is Tomtkallholmen where you go ashore and make your coffee over an open fire.
