A warm welcome to Restaurant Mandel! In our hearts is the love for the Norrland region and our local products.
The journey of the almond potato from southern Sweden to the upper Lapland border for centuries has given the name to our restaurant. Here, as a guest, you will experience an interior with a stylish and timeless design. The somewhat stripped-down Scandinavian style has given its expression in the choice of colors and shape. The closeness and care for our guests also appear in our vision of service, food enjoyment and community.
At Mandel, the atmosphere is relaxed; here it is equally suitable to have a breakfast meeting, have an after work or have dinner. We change the menu a few times a year, but always have an ecological and sustainable focus. Our talented local partners make it possible for us to work with fantastic ingredients and prepare a tasty meal for you as a guest. Your experience as a guest in our living room here at Mandel is the most important thing to us.
In the summer, we open our lovely patio Altan for both breakfast, lunch and dinner.

At the restaurant Mandel there is a disabled toilet. To get up to our restaurant we have an elevator and there are entrances to the building without stairs. Which makes them very easily accessible for wheelchairs.
We also have different tables at different heights. The table legs look different on our tables, most have them in the middle of the table, but we also have larger tables where there is more room for the legs. And no high thresholds in the restaurant.
