Our caramels have been made by hand for over 100 years. We maintain these traditions.
Byske Karamellfabrik, formerly Carlstens Karamellfabrik, is one of Byske's oldest companies. The company has been manufacturing caramels since 1906 when it was founded by Ester Carlsten.
The shop
The factory store is now open all year round, where the shelves are filled with caramels and the air is filled with the aroma of caramels. We also sometimes show how the production is done. So take the opportunity to come in and look at our range and feel the aroma of freshly cooked caramels.
