Join us for a meaningful morning as Skellefteå Museum, together with Skefo and Vuxenskolan, hosts a shared screening of SVT’s new documentary series Sweden and the War. We’ll focus especially on how World War II affected our local area. (Note! In Swedish)
We’ll meet at Nordanå Café and head over together to watch selected parts of the series, which explores life in Sweden during the war and the preparedness period.
After the screening, Skellefteå Museum archivist Jörgen Andersson and Rolf Granstrand from Skefo will lead an open conversation. You're welcome to ask questions, share stories, and contribute personal or family memories from the war years.
Coffee and light refreshments will be served. If there’s interest, more gatherings may follow.
