Skellefteå's book bus gets new life - transformed into a rescue vehicle for Ukraine

Together with students in the vehicle and transportation program at Anderstorpsgymnasiet, the old book bus will be converted into a vehicle for transportation in war-torn areas in Ukraine.

Nils-Gunnar Johansson and Per Larsson, teachers at Anderstorpsgymnasiet, are volunteers with the Swedish Rescuers organization and are responsible for the conversion and safe delivery of the bus to Ukraine. They talk about previous trips to war-torn Ukraine and how the old book bus will be put to use.

Swedish Rescuers has been operating since 2011 and has previously delivered fire engines and ambulances to conflict areas.
