Peder Stenberg

This fall, Peder Stenberg, lead singer of the multi-award-winning band Deportees, steps into the spotlight as a solo artist – and he’s doing it on Sara kulturhus’ largest stage! It has now been confirmed that his first solo album, featuring newly written songs in Swedish, will be released in mid-September, followed shortly by his Swedish tour debut in Skellefteå on October 17.

Following the success of his singles "Rädd för hundar" and "Känner ni igen er", Peder is now releasing his third solo single, "Inte som alla andra, precis som alla andra," where he is joined by Joakim Berg on vocals. With its deep and personal storytelling, the song reveals yet another facet of Peder’s creative expression.

As the frontman of the Grammy and P3 Guld-winning band Deportees, Peder has been a key figure in Swedish music for years. Now, he is stepping out on his own, and the premiere in Skellefteå is set to be one of the biggest music events of the season.

Peder Stenberg's concert will also be a highly anticipated highlight of the annual Berättarfestivalen at Sara kulturhus.

Good to know before your visit:

Age limit: none.
Bag ban: applies to events in Stage 1 and Stage 2, read more here.
Wardrobe: is mandatory for bag and jacket. The cloakroom is located adjacent to the stage for the event and the fee is included in your ticket.
Admission: approx. 30 minutes before the event starts.
Eating: Food and drink are not allowed to be brought into our stages.
Hearing aids: available in all our scenes, read more here.
Walker: placed outside the entrance, staff on site are available if you need help.
Lift: located at stairwell B, left side.
Wheelchair spaces: All wheelchair spaces are accessible via lift, stairwell B, left side. Due to evacuation regulations, a wheelchair ticket must be presented by a wheelchair user for entry to events in Stage 1 or Stage 2.
