The Soul of Christmas 2025 – Linnea Henriksson, Samuel Ljungblahd, and Sabina Ddumba with Norrbotten Big Band
The highly acclaimed The Soul of Christmas tour is reaching new heights in 2025! Just like last year, it features gospel star Samuel Ljungblahd alongside Norrbotten Big Band, but this time, they’re joined by two exciting additions—pop and jazz vocalists Linnea Henriksson and Sabina Ddumba.
For December 2025, Norrbotten Big Band and Samuel Ljungblahd reunite once again for this spectacular holiday tour. The duo has delivered multiple acclaimed performances together in past years, and this time, they’ll be accompanied by Linnea Henriksson and Sabina Ddumba, bringing a fresh and dynamic energy to the stage.
Audiences can expect world-class music, featuring new songs, classic arrangements, and an abundance of holiday spirit.
Joakim Milder, Artistic Director of Norrbotten Big Band, is thrilled about the tour:
"It’s going to be an adventure! There’s always something special about playing in these concert halls and performing for so many people. It’s truly a privilege," says Milder.
Samuel Ljungblahd shares his excitement:
"Pure joy to be touring with The Soul of Christmas again! The fact that I, along with Norrbotten Big Band, get to do this with the magical Linnea Henriksson and the amazing Sabina Ddumba will take this tour to heavenly heights! Let’s go!!!"
Linnea Henriksson is looking forward to the reunion:
"You have to pinch yourself as an artist when you get to be part of a tour you would have happily attended as a fan. It’s an incredible group to share the stage with, and I can’t imagine a better way to get into the Christmas spirit," she says.
Linnea has previously collaborated with Norrbotten Big Band, including a Christmas tour in 2022, and last year, they delivered a deeply emotional and highly successful tour, where her music was performed in new arrangements.
Sabina Ddumba, new to this lineup, is ready to embrace the festive season:
Having collaborated with major artists like Katy Perry and Danny Saucedo, she first rose to fame in 2015 with the hit single Not Too Young—the same year she was awarded Best Newcomer at both the Grammis and P3 Guld Awards.
"If there’s one way I want to welcome Christmas, it’s alongside Samuel Ljungblahd, Linnea Henriksson, and Norrbotten Big Band! I’m so excited to share the stage and perform with these fantastic musicians," says Ddumba.
