The exhibition is open to visitors, and there will be screenings of “Sara mitt i byn” at 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM. The film is produced by Vuxenskolan and features Ellinor Lindgren, Ulla Stenberg, and Erik Danielsson.
The exhibition in Missenträsk is a tribute to Sara Lidman – an author and a powerful voice in public discourse who never backed down in the face of opposition. She had a unique ability to truly see people and wanted to give everyone a voice, especially the vulnerable and marginalized.

Sara in the village – the village in the world was developed by Ellenor Lindgren in collaboration with the Missenträsk Community Association and the Sara Lidman Society, and is funded by project support from Leader, Skellefteå Älvdal, and the EU/Swedish government.
