This day is for you who long to simply just be - yourself! A unique opportunity to recharge your energy, reconnect with your body, and awaken your creativity in the beautiful Sara kulturhus in Skellefteå.
We’ll begin the day with yoga - a mix of flowing movements and calming poses. After a lunch break, we gather for creative exploration, shaping clay through rolling, coiling, and hand-forming. The day ends with restorative yoga and meditation in strengthening, restful positions.
Yoga and creative claywork both offer a physical flow that leads the way to inner calm - through the body, conscious breathing, self-care, and presence.
No prior experience in yoga or clay is needed. This day is about connecting with your inner feeling - not about performance or results.

Lunch is on your own - either at one of the nearby restaurants or by bringing your own meal. Please note: no refrigerator or microwave is available.
Feel free to bring a warm blanket and two pillows for your own comfort during yoga, and an apron for the clay session.
