The workshop consists of writing exercises where you'll get to write poetry. After each exercise, you're welcome—but not required—to share your poem. Short lecture segments are mixed with several hands-on exercises and group discussions.
The workshop lasts 2 hours, with a short break halfway through. It’s suitable both for beginners and for those who have already written or performed poetry.

The workshop is led by Andra Anna, who won the Swedish Poetry Slam Championship in 2019. Since then, she has performed on stages across the country, including the Royal Dramatic Theatre (Dramaten). Her writing is personal and often political, and she takes silliness very seriously. Anna is a dedicated writing nerd, and her workshops are interactive and approach writing in a relaxed, non-pretentious way.
