I DRAW AS I PLEASE
Byske, Skellefteå
I Draw As I Please is an art exhibition by Anna Laurila, featuring AI-generated imagery refined with artistic post-processing. Expressive works with queer themes, everyday absurdism – and an actual fountain crowned by a golden goose.
Digital art/AI creations where queerness, fantasy, surrealism, and humor come together in vivid fine-art prints. The pieces include banana-wielding kings, sorrowful soldiers in poppy fields – and on site, you’ll also find a real, hand-painted airbrush fountain adorned with a golden goose. A space where creativity, storytelling, and digital craft are free to flow.
In addition to the prints, hand-painted statues and (yes, really!) a wild airbrushed fountain are on display.
Also featured: The Forsaken Cowboy, my novel co-written with AI tools like Sudowrite and ChatGPT. It’s a story about a soldier who survived the war – but not himself. Dark, queer, and existential, it explores themes of love, sex, guilt, and the supernatural. Illustrated with Midjourney and DALL·E.
Location: Storgatan 6, Byske
