In the short story Ovum, a woman incubates eggs in her throat and the reader is thrown into a nightmarish spiral of desperation, loss and both mental and physical decay. Ovum is a fleshy nightmare of grief and loss. A feverish journey into the darkest corners of humanity. A starless darkness, but also the search for a ray of light.
