Would you like to kickstart your yoga practice at the end of summer and find new inspiration for the fall? Then you’re warmly welcome to a yoga weekend filled with lots of yoga.
We’ll meet for two half-days full of yoga, joy of movement, exploration, and community.
Three hours of yoga each day with energizing flows, long warm-ups, philosophical themes, and deep relaxation in savasana.
This weekend is perfect for you if you:
✨ Miss yoga and long to practice a lot at once
✨ Want fresh inspiration and to develop your practice
✨ Need to recharge with energy for fall and winter
✨ Love both physical movement and diving into yoga’s deeper layers
The weekend is especially aimed at those who already practice yoga, but everyone is welcome. I will offer different options, and you can always choose to rest or adapt the exercises. It’s good if you can move easily up and down from the floor. If you’ve practiced sun salutations before and feel comfortable with them, you’ll be able to follow along here!

🧘 Your guide for the weekend:
My name is Pia and I’ve been teaching yoga for over 11 years (and dance for 21 years!). I want yoga to be doable, sustainable, and enjoyable – a chance for you to let go of performance pressure and simply enjoy the moment. It should be fun, curious, and tailored to you. Warning: I can get a little extra nerdy when it comes to the body and anatomy!

Bring: Yoga mat, 2 blankets, 2 blocks, and a strap. Need to borrow something? Just let me know!
I’ll provide some snacks during the break – if you know you’ll need something more filling, feel free to bring your own.
