Discover Sara kulturhus – A Guided Tour Through Sustainable Architecture and Culture

During Sustainability Week, we invite you to join guided tours with a focus on sustainability. Sara Kulturhus is one of the tallest timber buildings in the world and a groundbreaking example of sustainable architecture, located in the heart of Skellefteå. On this tour, you’ll not only experience a vibrant cultural hub filled with art, theatre, a library, and design – you’ll also gain unique insight into how the building was created with the future in mind.

Whenever possible, available stages will be included in the tour. The visit concludes at the Exhibition Hall for individual exploration.

Our guided tours are free of charge, but you must reserve your spot in advance.

Sustainable guided tours during Sustainability Week 2025:

• Meeting point: At the bottom floor of Kulturtrappan, South entrance
• Time: Sundays 11:00. The tour takes about 45-60 minutes.
• Languages: Swedish
