Welcome to a practical and energetic morning with Kelly Odell, a highly regarded author, speaker and coach in change.
The workshop aims to give you and your colleagues concrete knowledge about how change affects both individuals and groups, and how to lead and manage change in the best possible way. Ultimately, the goal is for you to learn how to ensure that the changes lead to real improvements.
Kelly helps businesses through change and focuses on important questions such as How do you lead a successful change process as a manager? and How can you, as a staff function, best support the organization through a major change?
The workshop is free of charge, held in Swedish and ends with lunch.
