Now is your chance to build your dream home in a peaceful, newly built area in northeast Morö Backe. On October 10, the municipality will open the area for a preview of the villa plots. You will have the opportunity to ask questions directly on site. Staff from Skellefteå municipality's land and development department and building permit department will be on hand to help you. Plots will be released in spring 2026.
The area has good road and cycle connections to the rest of Morö Backe. A beautiful tree-lined avenue will adorn the main street and create a pleasant environment for both residents and visitors. Beautiful green areas have been preserved and the proximity to the forest provides space for both play and relaxation.
A total of 47 plots for detached houses and 5 larger properties for apartment buildings and terraced houses are planned.
