Caveman Cooking with lunch – raw cooking with local ingredients

Erik Brännström, the Wild Chef, welcomes you to a dining experience beyond the ordinary – created just for those of you who are passionate about raw materials, craftsmanship and taste beyond the prepared.

On this Caveman Cooking course we delve into ancient cooking techniques – without grills or modern utensils. Here we cook directly in the fire, on glowing coals. The location is Vitberget – a wild natural scene that frames the whole thing with calm and power.

This is not just a course – it is a taste adventure, a networking event and a celebration of local food. A chance to meet, share knowledge and let the ingredients speak their own language. Of course, this is where we eat our lunch!

Where: Meeting outside The Wood Hotel by Elite entrance for bus to Vitberget.
