A team of teachers is thrown out of the safety of the staff room coffee table and into the chaos of team building. Peer pressure, rumours, subgroups and mass psychosis – both cohesion and patience are put to the test here.
Some look forward to camaraderie, others worry about conflicts, and a third would rather not be there. When does a group become a group? And who are you without it? Can you leave a group – and is there such a thing as group spirit?
