The performance "What is violence?" with UngHästen

In UngHästens new performance about violence, the theme is discussed openly and critically. The basis and inspiration for the performance has been taken from conversations with students, lectures with experts, the actors' and director's own experiences and input from social events and news coverage.

The performance is part of A Week Free from Violence - an annual campaign with involvement across the country to highlight violence prevention work and remind us that we can all contribute to a safer society.

Target audience:
Open to the public, recommended from 15 years.

Time and place:
Cirkelsalen, Medlefors Folk High School, Skellefteå at 18.30.

Registration and more information:
No registration required.

The event will be contucted in Swedish.

Facts

A Week Free from Violence takes place in November every year, with the aim of highlighting the prevention of men's and boys' violence through campaigns and activities around the country. The week is an initiative of the Swedish organizations Unizon and MÄN and is supported by, among others, the Swedish Gender Equality Agency, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR) and the county administrative boards.
