Lunch lecture with Sandra Lindström: Working for gender equality - challenges and opportunities

There are three principles of change that are central perspectives in violence prevention work that are also seen as effective strategies for preventing violence - one of these three principles of change is to work with gender / gender equality. Psychologist Sandra Lindström lectures on gender equality issues in working life.

The lecture is part of A Week Free from Violence - an annual campaign with involvement across the country to highlight violence prevention work and remind us that we can all contribute to a safer society.

Target audience:
For those who are interested in strengthening gender equality work in practice regardless of industry. Suitable for those who want to get concrete tools to develop culture and working methods, improve the work environment and ensure that gender equality becomes part of how you work every day.

A Week Free from Violence takes place in November every year, with the aim of highlighting the prevention of men's and boys' violence through campaigns and activities around the country. The week is an initiative of the Swedish organizations Unizon and MÄN and is supported by, among others, the Swedish Gender Equality Agency, the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR) and the county administrative boards.
