The HR network is growing – now we are opening it up to those of you who work with recruitment or have a leadership role. Get to know your colleagues in the industry and contribute to exciting conversations and knowledge exchange.
On December 9, we will be hosted by Magnus Broman from Teknikföretagen, who will discuss several current topics: labor law, salary revision for 2026, drug and alcohol testing, the legality of language tests for new employees, and different perspectives on collective agreements. In addition, we will discuss how best to handle union issues, how much union time staff are entitled to during working hours, whether it is appropriate to schedule union time to Friday afternoon, and the possibility of requesting minutes.
