Niklas Strömstedt – Tyck OM mig
I’ve always found it both fun and challenging to create something more than a straightforward, ordinary concert whenever I get the chance to meet an audience. Over the years I’ve wrestled with malfunctioning slide projectors, had heated dialogues with myself in the form of a life-sized cardboard cutout, ridden in a triumph chariot wearing gladiator armor, and even toured with a real therapist who gave me therapy live on stage between songs.
In 2023, the book OM Niklas Strömstedt was released — an autobiographical journey through both private life and my more public career. While working on the book, the idea was born to let it become the foundation for a stage production as well.
Which songs made the hairs on my arms stand up? What did Evert Taube say when he called? How do you break free from that paralyzing, destructive silence? And when you suddenly discover a turkey wobbling under your chin — what the hell do you do then? And love — is it even possible to understand it?
That’s where we are when the curtain rises. TYCK om mig or Tyck OM mig!

Good to know before your visit:
Age limit: from 7 years old when accompanied by a guardian.

Wardrobe: is located adjacent to the stage for the event and the fee is included in your ticket.
Bags: smaller sizes (maximum 21x30 cm) are allowed in the auditorium, read more here.
Admission: approx. 30 minutes before the event starts.
Eating: Food and drink are not allowed to be brought into our stages.
Hearing aids: available in all our scenes, read more here.
Walker: placed outside the entrance, staff on site are available if you need help.
Lift: located at stairwell B, left side.
Wheelchair spaces: All wheelchair spaces are accessible via lift, stairwell B, left side. Due to evacuation regulations, a wheelchair ticket must be presented by a wheelchair user for entry to events in Stage 1 or Stage 2.
