At Vitberget, at the start of Vitberget's electric light trail, there is an approximately 300 meter long obstacle course with ten different obstacles of varying difficulty. For each obstacle, there are instructions on how to use the obstacle. Go the course first and read the instructions carefully before you start. Do not forget to warm up properly.

All use of the course is at your own risk. Adults are responsible for children in the area. Think of the risk of slipping when it is humid outside. In case of injuries or accidents, contact 112.
