Together with course leader Marie Karlsson, we’ll explore the surroundings of Renbergsvattnet to forage for seasonal wild edible plants, berries, and mushrooms. During the walk, Marie will teach you how to identify each species, the best time to harvest them, and how to use them in cooking and everyday life.
After the foraging walk, we gather at the farm to cook together using what we’ve found, combined with high-quality organic or locally sourced ingredients. If the weather allows, we’ll cook outdoors for a truly immersive nature experience. We end the day by enjoying the meal together.
