Welcome to an inspiring afternoon in the spirit of vegetables and food crafts!
Asta Hellgren, from Skråmträsk Kvarn, sets up a lovely coffee buffet where vegetables play the main role. She shares smart, sustainable ways to bake with vegetables – both in bread and sweet pastries.
Anne Sandlund from Ljusvassgården inspires and shows how growing can become a part of everyday life all year round - even here in the north. Through ingenuity and curiosity, she tests her way to spreading the harvest throughout the year.
We will conclude with conversations, questions and a goodie bag filled with sourdough bread, vegetables and easy-to-make recipes to take home.
